My car got broken into and I get a replacement for my rear driver side because it got smashed by a brick. I called and asked for an estimate. I asked the person on the phone if they clean up the glass too, which he said “yes.” They did not clean the glass and I had to take it to a car wash place to vacuum it out myself. I’m pretty frustrated because I could’ve gotten the job done for cheaper at Glass Pro if I had known they weren’t going to clean up the broken glass.
Shenice was horrible customer service I called for a quote and when I expressed I was given a lower quote she snarled and hung up on me. Definitely dodged a bullet not using this company apparently. Terrible way to run a business.
I had a wonderful experience from scheduling to installation of a broken passenger window! I wrote in for a quote last night, received a call within an hour to let me know they had an opening the next day for a mobile repair! Terrance T. came by and helped me understand the process. Unfortunately, I made an error on the year of my car so they had the wrong glass, but Terrance worked to get a new piece and came back to install it super fast! Quality work, good pricing comparably, and a great customer service experience!
Great service, got the job done, did great. Cheaper than alot of other places and they came to me.
Fast & friendly would definitely recommend to others !!
