I had a significant crack in the center of my windshield of my recently purchased Range Rover. The technician did not arrive on time, and used the hood to keep his tools as he attempted to replace my window. Leaving smudge and grease across the paint. Upon installing the replacement, the seal was not fit properly to the edges at all, and the camera on the rear view mirror has not worked at all since. Now I have to have my new window replaced. Call anyone but these lazy, inept technicians.
They told me they'll get it done today ....then call me an hour later actually I had to call then they tell me they can't get it done till 4 days from today... mrns
I seen alot of negative reviews. But from my personal experience today. Richard S my technician, went above and beyond to help me with my back window leak. He was kind, honest, very knowledgeable of the issue. He was never frustrated with me picking his brain and he had the solution. Thanks Richie Rich!
