Four appointments. Four excuses...based on not being able to get the glass (twice), not being able to find the glass in the warehouse, or the glass being scratched, I fired these guys. You rarely talk to the same person twice. It's pretty obvious that their customer service people are used to making excuses...the feigned empathy doesn't fool me. Awful service from The moment I called after dealing with my insurance they didn’t have my windshield in stock took over a month to order over a week to schedule to get the repair I called to see when I could get this scheduled the lady was not friendly at all when I expressed how I felt and how difficult this was to schedule the lady was so rude and said I don’t know what your referring too like the service in general. I will not be using this service again many more options glass America is awful.
They promised to came, but the day of he appointment, they called saying that the technician was sick and they have nobody else to do it, they wanted rescheduled 4 days later. What a poor excuse and unprofessional service.
Kareem my technician was awesome when I had 2 car break ins. He was professional and even told me what I could do to help prevent the crime. Glass america is awesome! You can't beat their price and they were quick to arrive for my emergency. Thanks Kareem!!
I just got my windshield replaced job well done very satisfied and Lance M acted in professional matter and I was very satisfied cost was affordable and I definitely gonna recommend them to everyone thank you
