Tech broke moldings on the car and then tried to hide it. Spoke with warranty they tried to claim it wasn’t related to the glass being replaced even though I had photos to prove otherwise. They finally agreed to replace the parts that the tech broke but not without catching an attitude. The tech that came to replace the parts he broke showed up 2 hours late didn’t notify my wife he was there until he was leaving and had an attitude with her for the fact we called him out on him breaking the moldings on the car and trying to ... read more

Great customer service!! The technician was friendly and very informative!! He was here when he said he would be and he took care of the chip in no time.
I had a VERY GREAT experience with this company. I called on Sunday to get my left window replaced and my appointment was the next 2 days. Victor D was my mechanic. He came in the morning fixed my mirror and even vacuumed the glass out of the car! I would highly recommend this company if your glass needs fixed! It was affordable , easy , and only took no longer than 30 minutes.
