RecommendedHad my Jeep windshield replaced at my home today by technician Jay. Experience was amazing! Appt was just made yesterday, and my windshield was in stock. This morning, Jay called to inform me when he would arrive, was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Installation was completed very fast and very precisely, as he would install his own windshield! Extremely satisfied, and would HIGHLY recommend Glass America. If they could clone Jay, I would rate them "100" stars! :)
Needed a simple brake light fixed - the day I dropped it off they could not get to it until Friday. Friday rolls around and they don’t fix it - was told it would be done by the end of the day. Truck was not fixed, company not open on the weekend means five full days without my vehicle especially on the weekend. Awful company do not waste your time and/or money here.
