We arrived early for our appointment and was taken in early. We were told it would take about two hours to do so we planned to have breakfast while we waited and just as we sat down at the restaurant I received a text letting me know that our car was done and ready to be picked up. Every one we had contact with from start to finish was extremely helpful and polite and the service was top notch!
From out of the darkness came the axe weilding nut case to smash the driver's side window into 1000s of tiny cubes. I wish I had the frame of mind to shoot him with my non lethal Byrna pistol. Alas, I did not. A 911 call, patch to the window with plastic, and the eventful day I get new glass finally came. The staff at Glass America were fantastic! They took care of everything I needed. Top notch service! Thank you!!!
Ben came out to my house and replaced my windshield last week. The original appointment was in a shop. When I mentioned I was disabled, he said he would come to the house. He was prompt, accommodating, pleasant, thorough, and did a great job. Posting on behalf of my mom Susan.
