My husband had side quarter glass replaced after the window was broken. Factory glass was ordered and installed incorrectly. The technician did not bother to protect the car when he removed the broke glass and he let it slide down the side of the car. I highly do not recommend Auto Glass Service because the staff does not keep their word and twist it around! Was priced $303 for a windshield and they showed up with no rear view mirror! The employee stated I’m not charging you for the job, and will return next Friday and put the mirror on. SO he shows up and says that will be $303!?!? And said he never once said it would be free! Do not use this company, pay a little more and use safelite. They came without all the supplies including a rear view mirror and I was told they were too busy to get back to me for 8 days but that I would not be charged for the windshield and my money was refunded. On the day of mirror installation I was then told I would be charged full price stating he never said that.
RecommendedThe tech that replaced my windshield was prompt, courteous, and very professional, he did an awesome job.
