We had a broken windshield so I called Glass America / Glass USA to replace it. I thought everything was fine. I inspected from the driver's seat. I noticed the technician got dirt all over the fabric portion surrounding my windshield, but I didn't make a big deal of it. However, about a week or so later I went to dinner with my husband and rode in the passenger seat. I never ride in the passenger seat unless him and I go somewhere together. They cannot accurately quote the glass as my quote went from $205 to $250 and then I was told they think they made a mistake because the glass actually cost $298 but they would honor the $250 price. Then when i called and got the first quote was told if I called by 5 pm they could do it the next day. I call at 3 pm today and was told they could not do it until next week.
