Had Side quarter glass replaced after window was broken. Factory glass was ordered and installed. Technician did not protect the vehicle when removing the broken glass. When window was installed the gasket and rear of window were not seated correctly.The technician said when the glue dried it would be fine. The operations manager came out to view the issues, as there was no change once glue dried, and agreed it was not set correctly and said they would replace the window, with a new window.
