A rock hit our windshield while traveling through on a long car trip and they were able to help us out- the repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly- we would highly recommend!
“THE WORST-TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL” to put it mildly, they totally wasted a week time trying to “PRICE GOUGE” my insurance company, asking for $1000 for a basic front windshield on a Mustang. And then bold-faced lying to me, saying everything is going great, just waiting for sign-off from my ins Co. when in actuality they were asking for a price reduction.
Results of front window replacement... My 2020 Volkswagen Passat's warranty was voided due to the non factory windshield they replaced due to my insurance, they also filed a claim to my insurance for over four thousand dollars, which is still affecting my rates to this day, also my lane keeping assist was never re engaged and never worked again... i lost over ten thousand dollars in value on that vehicle due to trading out of it with the things mentioned. I was fortunate enough to work with this professional company to have glass replaced on my work van. Tamara went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with the technician she sent out. I had a lot of request with time frame and she made it work! So happy I was able to talk to Tamara she is wonderful & friendly
