Fantastic and fast. They were a great company to work with!
Easy to make an appointment, fast scheduling, the tech was very communicative ahead of the appointment and was right on time. Workmanship seems excellent so far. My only complaint is that they do not give you an appointment time window until the morning of your appointment which was very inconvenient for me since I could’ve fit in a doctor’s appointment that morning if I had known the day before that the tech was not arriving until later in the day.
It was a pleasure - working with American Glass - Phyllis Clay
A rock hit our windshield while traveling through on a long car trip and they were able to help us out- the repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly- we would highly recommend!
“THE WORST-TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL” to put it mildly, they totally wasted a week time trying to “PRICE GOUGE” my insurance company, asking for $1000 for a basic front windshield on a Mustang. And then bold-faced lying to me, saying everything is going great, just waiting for sign-off from my ins Co. when in actuality they were asking for a price reduction.
