It's not that often that I write a review. It's time consuming and it is rare to find a business that truly cares enough about the customer rather than the bottom line. The exact opposite is what I experienced when I went to Gerber Collision & Glass in Palatine. I have a 2022 Volvo and must have gone over a curb or hit a pot hole and, as a result, the rocker panel at the bottom of the car was pushed forward about 3/4".
