Rene & Jessica took amazing care of me. Called & got in for an estimate same day. All I needed was some paint scratches buffed out from a small incident. They were able to get it done quickly in that same appointment time! Charged me next to nothing - Very reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to bring my car here for any future collision repair needs!
I would like to give a big Thank You to Jessica at the Round Lake, Illinois location. I went in for a job estimate on my 2001 Jaguar and she treated me with outstanding customer service and was so very courteous and helpful explaining and answering my questions. She exemplifies what outstanding customer service is all about. I have brought my vehicle for service at that location a couple of times before and as long as they have staff like Jessica, I will continue to do so when the need arises.
