Joe is the kindest glass technician. I can tell that he truly values his customers and cares about the work he performs. He educated me on glass issues I was having and gave me measures to prevent them from happening again. I appreciate his outstanding customer service and friendliness.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever delt with. I work in an auto shop and made an appointment twice for w windshield. Both times I was told I had an appointment and someone would call. Both times I had to call and was told the same thing. That my number can't be found only the work order and they would have to call me back.

Wonderful service, they fixed my windshield within 24 hours of arranging visit and had many openings for appointments. The process was easy and cost efficient. The technician was professional and did a wonderful job. Thank you for making the unfortunate circumstance a pleasure!
