Yesterday, I had the windshield replaced on my 2022 Toyota Camry. The replacement took about an hour. When the technician finished, I noticed a large scratch on the glass, approximately 20 inches long. Unfortunately, my phone couldn’t focus well enough on the glass to take a clear photo. I waited all day for an appointment...then when time for appointment,,never showed and did not know when part was coming...Terrible service .
I believe the tech was Renee who replaced my sons windshield in his 2023 Mazda 3. The service was excellent. Came the very next day, on site and all was good. The windshield was PPG/PWG and was an OEM replacement. And the cost was the best I could find. Glass America will be my go to windshield replacement company if I need replacement glass in the future.
The technician Renee did an amazing Job. He was on time and made the windshield replacement look simple. He explained the curing and drying process which was great to know as I'm a daily car washer and didn't wanna make an unnecessary mistakes. I highly recommend this place as my experience was great with glass america.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Their technician Moises M. came today to replace the glass for my truck. Allstate recommended them. Moises broke the dashboard but claims it was already broken. Took pictures right after to claim that it was like that which it wasn't. We called Glass America to report the incident and they said someone was going to give us a call back. About an hour later we received a call back from Cathy only to tell me that the dashboard was already broken and that I was trying to commit fraud. T... read more
