I had the WORST experience with this company..they left glass ALL over my dash and steering wheel and did a horrible job installing the new windshield..The exterior stripping was not glued back properly and I had to spend more money to fix it because glass masters wouldn't refund me for their rookie mistakes. Don't trust your windshield to these idiots..use Safelite instead.

DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE – I tried to get my windshield fixed today after my windshield shattered. This was an emergency repair and they promised to get it done today. We decided to go with them because they had the best price but it was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. Due to an hour rain, they claimed to be backed up today. Go ahead rip me off – I stopped by to get an estimate on the left & right front window regulators on my 2003 Lincoln Towncar 1st I was asked if the window motors were working I said yes then was told that the regulator&motor came as 1 assembly then I was told if only the regulator were replaced the motor would fail. Total cost $610.00 plus tax. I left and called Lincoln they stated the regulator can be purchased separately if motor works or as 1 assembly with motor. excellent – went over to glassmasters. spoke with jackson the installer .very detailed in the install. he told me about the molding needing replacing and the price he gave on the phone he honored. great work guys!
