I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, if I could give them a 0 stars I would. I hired this company (on May 15) for the convince that they could come out the same day and replace my broken back window of my van. The technician arrived Early and and got to replacing the broken window. However when he was in the middle of installing the new window it started raining and hailstorm came through and broke the window (want to clarify that he wasn’t finished with the installation). The technician we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I was very glad he gave his honest opinion on the crack in our windshield. The only reason I rated this as a 4 and not a 5 was because the scheduling aspect of it was weird, and there were miscommunications between us and their corporate type call center and the facility that put in our glass. The call center would t tell us a time at first, said the facility would call with the appointment time, the facility never called so I called back and got another rep at... read more
