RecommendedThey did the repairs on my brand new 4runner after it was stolen and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and work that was done!! I was called weekly with all updates and was kept in the loop with every detail. They were the best and so easy to work with!
I would NOT recommend Abra to ANYONE! I dropped off my car on December 18, 2017 right before I went out of town, no problems. I called the next day to ask when my car would be ready, and the lady who answers the phone sitting at the front desk (Cynthia?) told me that my promised date is January 4, 2018. It's been 2, almost 3 weeks since I've heard anything so I call ON MY PROMISED DATE (Jan. 4, 2018) and I was told my car won't be ready until late next week which is January 11th or 12th.
