Abra did such a great job on my car. Someone thought they wanted to steal my car and bust out the window and mess up my ignition. Abra took care of all the repairs and they did such a great job communicating with me. When I got my car back it looked great! I talked to one of your sales associates yesterday at 9:40am and asked to have my windshield replaced. They said sure and the tech would give me a call shortly to set up a time to come to my home and replace it. Well....after I sat home all day, ON MY ONLY DAY OFF, they finally called my wife at 3:10 and didn't even try to contact me! They informed her that the dealer didn't receive the 1:00 glass order and they wouldn't be able to replace my windshield.
