Had the rear drivers side window replaced. It was done in an hour and the repair man was very nice, on time and cordial.
The tech, who I am sorry I can't remember his name, was very friendly, very professional, did the replacement in a timely manner and represents the company very, very well. I will definitely recommend Glass America to others!
