Phoned for service but no one showed up or phoned me. Went to shop. Door was locked. Went back later. Set an appointment for 2 days later in the afternoon. Its 2 days later 4:56 pm. No show, no phone call. Lady in office was very kind when I went there. This is not an emergency job. Disappointed hard appointment hasn't been set and honored. Appears they are busy, don't schedule well, and have bankers hours.
I had glass action come out to put a new window in my backhoe, they were the most polite, and courteous company I have ever used. They came out the same day I called and did a great, and professional job, at half the price of the other places I called. I will recommend using glass action for all glass repair needs.
