Arrived to pick up a load but customer postponed it. Waiting on more glass jars to arrive. Nice warehouse guys

Phenomenal product that's not made in China. Also, the owner and his staff are so nice and genuine. I've never seen a business that keeps their employees for so long. It's a testament to them treating others as they would like to be treated.
They lost my order, and it took me a couple of phone calls to get them to admit it. When they said they would reship, I asked that the original shipping charge be refunded, because of the great delay and my waster time tracking down their problem of the lost shipment. The customer service rep was belligerent, refused to take responsibility for the problem, and refused to compensate me in any way. She was not even apologetic. Does Wek Glass even care how customers are treated?
