Brilliant staff. Wait times can be long but with providing free and low cost care this can be expected. The staff are amazing patient and compassionate when dealing with euthanasia. I worried about having my pet put down and you made the whole process peaceful and gentle. The process of cremation was explained and everything made very easy especially at the worst time. Had to have my 20 yr old cat put down and they handled it brilliantly my pet was very relaxed and it was very peaceful. The vet was very compassionate and the process of receiving my cats ashes and the process was made very easy and she was back with me before the end of the week. I’m really grateful for this as it was something I was very fearful of. You guys were amazing even the telephone staff thank you. 🫡
