The owner is not a trustworthy person and is super shady. Stay away from this place. Was on auto pay with them and told them not to charge my card for the next month because I would be out of the storage before then and they charged my card anyways. I had the storage cleared out and left keys in storage on a sunday just like the previous person posted, no one was there. I have documented everything. Moved out of my unit on Sunday 9/7. Place was closed. No where to drop key. No where online to term lease. Went on 9/8 to turn in the key. Rent due that day. They want me to pay rent for the upcoming month even though the unit is empty. The web page states they're open on Sunday until 2, but somehow I should know they are closed. Even though I dont live at this location. Owner wouldn't call me. Most businesses would make exception, but not this guy. Never use them.

Great storage facility. Leslie offered us outstanding customer service, was very people oriented, and was very kind to us. In my time in the military traveling throughout the country and overseas, this facility without a doubt is the cleanest and most secure facility we have ever used. Kudos go to Leslie and staff.
