Beautiful new office in Beckswoods in Bear, DE! Their office is fully electronic and the doc was able to pull up notes from my specialists using his computer immediatly and we didn't have wait forever for a faxed copy! (Didn't know that was possible :D) I Highly recommend this office if you care about your health and want your doctors to use amazing technology in their office.

If you want to sit in the office after checking in for 45 minutes without being acknowledged, followed by multiple rude comments from office staff when asking why you are still sitting there 45 minutes later WITH AN APPOINTMENT, then this is the place for you. When I finally did get to a room 57 minutes after check-in I waited there too. I waited for 23 more minutes after the nurse took my vitals before the Dr. Adams made it in. I went there for a physical at the beginning of the year and my experience was horrible. The office was dirty and the staff was far from helpful and friendly. I didnt even get to see a doctor, only a doctors assistant. After that appointment they sent me the same co payment bill about 7 times. I called and complained about that and they finally stopped sending me the same bill. Then a couple months later I got ANOTHER bill in the mail for the day I got my results back.
