Consistently good and friendly service
We would recommend Glssgow Audio. Staff have been super helpful as my husband wanted to upgrade his hifi.
Took in my P3 with an issue buzz coming from one channel other channel low volume (not from Glasgow Audio) - after testing the turntable was sent back to Rega and just over a week and one new tone arm later - Perfect sound! Brilliant service, everyone who works here really friendly, helpful and totally customer focussed. Can’t fault them. Very happy customer.
Called on a Friday afternoon for help with a broken turntable. I was advised to take it down to the shop where the staff not only fixed my turntable there and then, they also talked me through the different parts of the setup and what to look out for to avoid similar issues in the future. Lovely people and couldn't recommend the service more!
