I had called the shop the previous day to ask for some advice on specific amplifiers that would power and compliment my new speakers. Manager was very helpful and suggested I book a visit to review their suggestions. They even had one amp brought down from Aberdeen for me. Great service. On the day they were ready for me and Anna had been briefed on my objectives. She couldn't do enough to give time to play various album tracks through the selection of amps. I had a great experience with Jesse at Glasgow Audio. I went in looking for advice on upgrading the cartridge on my Rega Planar 1 Plus and ended up having a really relaxed, honest and helpful conversation. Jesse took the time to understand my system and how I actually listen to music, rather than pushing the most expensive option. Highly Recommend! Ive owned a fair amount of hifi equipment in my time over the years and demoted a lot of stuff. Today I had one of the best demos at Glasgow Audio,with Jesse at Great Western Road,Glasgow. Jesse welcomed us warmly into the demo room and was polite,courteous and very professional. What can I say about Glasgow Audio that hasn't been said before. I was having problems with a B&W 804 D3 speaker I passed the problem onto Jesse. As usual he dealt with this in his customery, helpful and knowledgeable manner. He tested, located and repaired the fault and kept me informed at all stages of the repair. I've always valued the service and advice I've received over the years from Glagow Audio and have no hesitation in recommending them when auditioning or purchasing your equipment. First class service.
