Called on a Friday afternoon for help with a broken turntable. I was advised to take it down to the shop where the staff not only fixed my turntable there and then, they also talked me through the different parts of the setup and what to look out for to avoid similar issues in the future. Lovely people and couldn't recommend the service more!

My very old Rega Planar 3 was running slow, despite being fully serviced and a new capacitor. Jesse thought it could be the motor but said to leave it with him to investigate. Later the same day, Jesse called saying the motor seemed fine and thought the issue was with the arm. The following day, Jesse called and instead of contacting Rega, decided to reset the bias and rebalance the arm, replace the stylus, which had bent, and hey presto, problem solved! Bought a speaker for £1,400 and made an email enquiry about the warranty, which went ignored. When I called up and brought this to someone’s attention it was a tone of “well the warranty is with the brand so… is that all clear?” instead of any acknowledgment that no one had returned my email. My first dealings with this company and it has to be a 5 star rating of satisfaction. Jesse spent a good hour with me trying different speakers and ensuring I was happy with my selections, he is a real professional and a very nice chap. I followed this up with a further order and again received 1st class service. If your buying give this company consideration. Purchased: Rega Planer, Rega Brio and Dali Oberon 1.
