Arrived at 1.40pm to check in. Room was not ready despite being previously advised check in was 1pm. In fact, I was taken to roomand it was a mess. I was given key and told to go away for an hour. I arrived back 4 hours later to same state. No cleaner. Was told by the manager did not know about me and it would take "him" 10 minutes to quickly clean for me. I did not find a 10 minute clean acceptable. No hotel room can be cleaned in that time. He offered no resolution. Had to book accomodation in different hotel and pay uber ... read more
Any particular reason the staff member felt it was appropriate to keep shouting out to her friends on a Saturday night in the bar for more than 20 minutes while their was a live performer? Feb 2026.
