We have a project being done on Mimosa Creek opposite near our house which has just been started. It is supposed to be creek beautification BUT the creek has flooded twice in the last 3 weeks & local residents can see all the beautification going down the creek in the next flood & clogging it even more. It is not wanted by local residents & is on a known flood plain. A cement footpath/bikeway would have been a much better plan for residents.
