Things started out so well. I called Glasscock because of an odd odor I feared was coming from my very old electrical box. The owner came out right at 9 o'clock at night. He couldn't confirm the electrical box as the source of the odor but confirmed the electrical box was in poor condition and needed replacement soon. We made arrangements to replace the electrical box as well as all of the outlets and switches on the main floor. The owner did not come back to do the work. Randall & Tyler did solid work at 1/2 the price of their competitors replacing the properties main electrical panel. They sent photos when complete and were polite and factual. As a service member stationed abroad, I appreciated their flexibility working with me remotely via text to communicate the job progress. There was a delay in completing the final county inspection, which to their credit, they acknowledged and worked with me to rectify the issue satisfactorily. Absolute perfect service. We had an issue with the control panel in pool house. Jacob looked it over and told us exactly what the problem was, what it would cost and how long it would take to fix. We could not be more happy with service. Hopefully, we will not have to call them again. If we do, I know the job will be done right and for a reasonable cost.
