A few weeks ago, a Glasco crew in Seaside, OR came out to replace a fence shared w/a neighbor. Did a Terrific job! So much so I requested an estimate for another job which turned into a contract in 2 weeks time. On Monday, the crew showed up a bit later than their normal start time (as requested!), did the job quickly, efficiently, professionally. Heather (scheduler) has a customer service "degree"!!! FABULOUS Business! We bought some Penguin Windows years ago. We had to replace our Kitchen Window under Warranty. Penguin went out of business, and the company that took over Sent us the replacement Glass, but NO FRAME!. When my wife called Glasco, the receptionist was very pleasant. When my wife asked if they could help, the receptionist enthusastically replied: "That's what we do" Jeremy called us back promptly, came out to the house the same day and inspected our faulty Window. Just worked with Glasco to install a glass door for a standing shower. Excellent communicators, quick turnaround, and perfect installation. Highly recommend!
