I searched all over Vancouver but couldn’t find a suitable design for a dining room rug. I found this place though—it’s full of a wide variety of designs at very reasonable prices.
I would not recommend purchasing from this store and Glara brand. We bought a rug that lost all its color in less than two months, which was extremely disappointing. The store manager initially acknowledged the issue and promised us a discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill. However, when we attempted to use that offer, we were repeatedly turned away with promises of a follow-up that never came. This went on for 3–4 months with no resolution.
