Truly the worst customer service experience of the year. Went in as nice and friendly as could be to have them work on my power steering pump, check engine light, and the state inspection. Dropped it off on Thursday morning, the 26th of June. After the diagnostic, they told me I needed a new gas cap ($100) to fix the check engine light and an EFI cleaning around $180. Don't come here as often anymore but probably one of best Subaru dealers in the state from their facility to the employees they hire. My service advisor Quinn was very helpful and swift to get my vehicle serviced for a quick oil change. The exchange was pleasant and quick as always and before I knew it I was being checked out for my service. Quinn gave me an excellent run down of the status of my vehicle and checked me out for my service. Upstanding work.
I love Glanzman Suburu. From the time you drive in till you drive out they treats you great.
