Five days before Christmas, we found ourselves dealing with a major plumbing issue and reached out to Giants Plumbing. They diagnosed the problem thoroughly, walked us through every step, and worked efficiently to repair the slab leak. Contacted them in March for a plumbing issue. They got it flowing but figured out that one of my pipes has separated under ground. Told me it would be $1500 to fix and needed to pay half for them to start the job. Paid half in May. Reached out a few weeks later and they stated they were in the process of getting another job lined up that required the same equipment so they would only need to rent equipment once. We paided in full for a A/C unit to be replaces in June and they had excuses of why there was a delay for them to do the work. We tried to work with them but eventually went another direction and have not been able to reach them in the last month or longer to get a refund. The company has moved and no answer when I call. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau which has not gotten a response back and the Local Attorney Generals office has been notified about this issue.

If I could give less stars I would, poor communication, not punctual. I’ve been helping my sister try and get ahold of them, nothing She has paid for a hvac unit. Hasn’t heard back. Will be reporting to the BBB

Our toilet line was backed up and flowing up into our shower. We called Glantz Plumbing and they came out within thirty minutes and had the line opened up. But less than 12 hours later it was backed up again. So we tried calling them for 3 days..DAYS! and no one would answer the phone. I left voice mails.
