Dr. Michaud and all the staff are excellent. I had been seen by 2 other optometrists in the past year who were either unable to get my prescription correct for clear vision(1 with 3 attempts) or recommended cataract surgery. Dr. Michaud (my 3rd opinion) and team listened to my concerns and took the time to give me a thorough exam and fit for glasses. I once again can see perfectly and love my new glasses. Thank you!
Doctor was great and no complaints with her. She did a very good job. I recieved my glasses a week after my appointment and realized something wasn't right. I tried adjusting to the new glasses for a week without being able to adjust. I called back and told them what was happening and had to wait a few more days to be seen. When I get back they didn't let me see the doctor and told me my glasses were OK. The receptionist was going to note my file and have the doctor call. She looked at me like I was crazy.
