I can only speak highly of our NHS. Today I attended the audiology depth the service given was outstanding and thorough. Recently my wife had a gallbladder operation that to was attended to in a very professional manner .the aftercare second to none. A very big thank you to all. Mr Roberts

I'm 73 & have Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, hurting my back in a fall. Glan Clwyd A&E quickly Triaged & a doctor saw me 2 hour later. He asked for "X-rays with a Trolley" & prescribed strong painkillers via a Nurse close to Reception. The NURSE FORGOT ME FOR 5 HOURS AFTER PRESCRIPTION. Fortunately I had my own supply of the same & took some after seeing the Doctor a few hours earlier. When the Doctor wanted to view my X-rays he was cross to find me still in A&E waiting for the "X-ray Trolley". It hadn't even been ordered. ... read more

My experience of A&E was a painful and dangerous experience! All staff are disorganised so badly that things are lost, mislaid or forgotten - including A&E Patients! The A&E department needs to have all of their organisation systems overhauled and regular training given to all. I found there was an apathy around A&E Reception after 2pm. One receptionist was visibly annoyed when patients disturbed her private conversation with a colleague. I'm 73 & have Multiple Sclerosis. Went I’m with anaphylaxis. They were brilliant with me after collapsing not long after getting there. Staff were amazing. Thankyou x
