Ashley did an eyelash lift and tint, also gave me a complimentary eyebrow lamination and a quick face cleanse that I noticed the next day. I scheduled another appointment for a lash extensions. I was at her house for over 3 hours and I left with a few lashes and irritated eyes because she made everything she could to remove them because she ruined them. ***Update*** Ashley explained what happened, offered to make up the appointment, and ultimately refunded when we could not find a day to connect. Updated the review to reflect her professionalism and kindness. ************ I prepaid for a lashlift and tint on September 27. My appointment was scheduled for October 5 and Ashley canceled last minute. I have been contacting her to reschedule since October 5 and she hasn't responded once. At this point I just want a refund of the $123 to take my business elsewhere.

Let me start by saying that Ashely is clean, professional, and takes pride in her work. She is caring and very attentive to her customer needs. I hired her to do my wedding makeup. She came to me. She brought all of her own equipment. She was on time. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted, and she made it happen! I cannot thank her enough for making my day even more amazing!
