As a long time client I was very sad when I called to let my tech know I was going to be late and I just needed a broken nail repaired that wouldn't have taken long and she told me not to come, ignored my messages, and didn't offer to help or reschedule at another time. It took me 30 min to drive there every time so it was better for me to find another nail tech, I liked her because she did an amazing job but the customer service or lack there of was a huge turn off.
Literally my favorite place! 😩 The girls are all so welcoming & are all so sweet! 🥰 Patty literally never disappoints!
