I take my pool water sample to get tested every 2 weeks. The staff are friendly, helpful & always help me to keep my pool looking great! I would highly recommend.

We engaged Glamour Pools and Spas in 2025 to repair a Saltmate chlorinator and were advised it required a new digital timer and salt cell at a cost of approximately $1,100, with payment requested upfront. Following installation, the unit did not operate correctly — the timer displayed power but did not control the pump. When we raised this with Kevin, he attributed the issue to the transformer and declined to take further action. I recently had trouble with my robot pool cleaner purchased from Glamour Pools, so I brought it back to get it checked. The team arranged to have it sent back to Maytronics, and even though the warranty was slightly out of time it was still honoured and repaired. It’s now working like new again. Couldn’t be more stoked with the service — thank you!

I purchased a spa from these guys. Had it delivered on Friday, the electrician hooked it up on the monday and before we even could turn it on, there was water coming out of multiple places, where the pvc pipping connects to each other. Called the store at Gateshead and spoke to Kevin. I found him to be rude and condescending. He just sent me a link to lodge a warranty claim. Had no interest in what had happened.
