Horrible experience! Way overpriced and the service is terrible. Left with yellow/orange roots because the stylist had NO idea how to dye roots correctly. Instead of toning my hair down she just bleached it and charged me an arm and a leg. When I told them I wasnt satisfied and I cant go nowhere looking like this, all they said is to come back the next day because they cant fix it today. I have to wait 24hrs for a touch up wich is BS. This is the worst place EVER. I got a first sew in. I had Nicole.. first she didn’t even seem like she wanted to do my hair.. then the extra hair she used to start my braids for the sew in. Was so matted that she was yanking my hair to get the tangled out the hair she was using. She made it so tight that my skin on my faces was lifted up and I have a migraine for 5 days.
