I regularly get my nails done here. The quality is always great and the nail techs are friendly and efficient.
The owner is the most vile person I have ever had the unfortunate person I have met. Beyond rude, the workers act scared of her. She herself does not want to work and sits there and gets huffy if asked to actually help out. The ladies are nice but you look at the pictures and tell me if this is a good 45 dollar pedicure. Go elsewhere they do not care just want your money.
Not impressed with the eyebrow waxing and tinting service. We were charged $55 instead of the quoted $25 because they removed three additional hairs from my grandmother’s face. Unfortunately, the results didn’t justify the price—we’ve had much better eyebrow waxing and tinting elsewhere for significantly less. Disappointing experience. It was honestly zero stars .
Absolutely do NOT go here. They were extremely rude to my friend when she expressed that the design was not what she wanted. Mind you, she mentioned this before the top coat was even applied, so it would have been an easy fix. Instead, they yelled in her face and then tried to charge her just to remove the nail polish.
