Had my nails done with a women there and she was very rude and argued with me about cutting my cuticles. She was rough and didn’t do a good job. She should learn to be more friendly because everyone talks and spreads the word. It’s very competitive today and places need to be more polite. If you don’t like ur job then change careers. Never again.

You have to close it’s the worst service ever , they charge me for shellac and they put gel manicure who fall after 4 days , never see bad service like that

I went there as it was close to home. Yes, I was taken without an appointment for a shellac nail polish. The polish (white) was running over. My nail polish was uneven and went over. I was disappointed. Go to the Orleans shopping Mall. Better quality and experience.

This is the worst salon in ottawa. all the employees are so rude. they dont have any fixed prices they just make the prices higher when they feel like it. i went in to get french tips for my cousin and they charged 15 dollars extra for a slightly deeper tip. also lied about the price for length (65 dollars for short nails when its supposed to be 50) i ended up paying 90$ for nails that looked like they were melting off and way too thick. will never come here again and no one else should either.

Zero stars if I could. My 3 year old son could paint my toes better than this. I specifically requested SQUARE. Didn’t even buff my feet and paid $50. She removed my previous shellac by peeling it off with pliers. I should have left without paying. I paid holding back tears.
