Got a gift card as a gift for someone just before they closed yesterday. I ended up having car trouble later that night. They don't open until after I start work. I came after work the very next day & they won't refund the gift card bc "the owner isn't there". My aunts own a nail shop in Hendersonville, TN, so i KNOW they are there. I just wanted to spread the word about the lack of compassion this shop has & how money-hungry they are! Edit: They were so welcoming when i asked about getting the gift card, though.. 🤔🤨
Best first experience ever!! Will be coming back 10/10
I love my nails every time I come here i’m definitely a regular and i’ll continue being one!!
