I got a very mediocre pedicure where he cut my toe nails way too short. I told him to cut and file them straight across and he nodded and then filed them rounded. As I waited, I watched and they don't sterilize their instruments or wash their hot towels between uses. They just rinsed them and rolled them back up and put them right back in the towel heater. A friend told me this place closed at 7 and when I got there I realized it was closing at 6 and it was already 5:45! I felt like the worst person ever and thought about leaving as soon as I realized but they kindly accepted the service as I had a flight to catch in the morning and was DESPERATE but not desperate enough to hold someone up to go home from a long day!
