I had an appointment with Ms. Kim. She was very impatient and rude, speaking in Chinese with her colleague the entire time. Her behavior was neither respectful nor professional.
I absolutely love this nail salon! The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Every single staff member is professional, kind, and does an amazing job — you can tell they truly care about their clients. A special shoutout to Tina, who is absolutely awesome! She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look perfect every time. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, beautiful nails, and a wonderful experience! 💅✨
I got a pedicure + shellac at Glamour Salon in Richmond Hill on Wednesday, October 15. By Tuesday, October 21, five of the shellac nails had already peeled off. Today is October 25, and only two nails still have shellac on them. I went there right before my trip and couldn’t even wear sandals because of how quickly the polish came off. For a salon with 3 locations and so much advertising, the quality was very disappointing. I will not return, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone
I have been here twice for nails and Ryan and Vivian do amazing nails 💅✨️💜
