Jackie is very unprofessional. I personally booked an appointment to get highlights one month in advance for an event. Two weeks before the appointment I called Jackie to ask if we can change the appointment for an earlier time. She said, “yes! Would you like to come at 9:00am?” I said I can be there at 9:15am.” She says ok no problem I have you down for 9:15 for highlights. I went to glamor me salon for a perm. Okay, and it was a very bad perm. She did not do a good job at all. She did not roll it all. The rods were falling off. She never gave me a haircut. It was awful after it drying. I've never had a perm like that in my life. It is the worst perm I've ever gotten. And the place was not nice. The place was like a hole in the wall. I normally fall asleep when Jackie is doing my hair. I trust her that much with my hair. I just tell her what I need and she gets the job done beyond my expectations. Thats why I don't mind the 1 hr drive to get to her.
