I’ve been seeing Phoebe for at least five years for braids. She also does my daughter’s hair. She is friendly, flexible and always tries to accommodate us. I especially love her cornrows, since nothing is perfect, I’d say that they are almost perfect. I recommend her 100%. WE
Phobie's is very reasonable and has good prices, both for adults and children. Clean office space and keeps things very tidy. Excellent customer service and professional and most importantly on time, she does both me and my daughter's hair.
