Secret Policy?? My sister had a nightmare trying to return unopened lace glue she bought only 6 days ago. The receipt clearly states, "Exchange only within 7 days with receipt," so she was well within the time limit. But they refused! Why? They pulled out some secret, unwritten rule that says you actually have to return it unopened within 1-2 days. Seriously? If it's not on the receipt, it's not your policy!
