Excellent Service
I made an appointment for a haircut and drove an hour to get there. While I didn’t expect to be seen immediately, I never imagined I’d be waiting an hour and a half especially after their assistant had already washed my hair. The wash itself was done nicely, but after that, I was left sitting in the cold room with soaking wet hair for 40 minutes, which was incredibly uncomfortable. If you're not Spanish, I would strongly suggest not going there. I was waiting for service and no one walked up to me and acknowledged me. Not if I needed help, not of my appointment was cancelled, nothing at all. It's crazy because I have a business and could never imagine this!
