One of my gel nails fell off 3 hours after service. Also I felt pressured and they were trying to upsell.
The ladies are nice. I showed a reference picture and they didn’t follow it and I had to go back in and ask them to fix it. Not even a day later, my nail breaks because it seems the acrylic is too thin. Not worth the money. I’m so upset I want my money back because it was not worth my EXTRA time, especially for people who continued to not listen to me over and over again. The polish is all smudged and is chipping. Amazing experience! Customer service 10/10!!! Definitely recommend. Vivian did an amazing job for the head spa treatment I got.
Place was ok as far as cleanliness, services were good. We reserved 2 VIP packages which were 119/ea. I had just gotten my hair done that day so didn’t want the shampoo/ scalp message part of the package. The owner said did you want a mani/pedi so I did, thinking she was going to throw that in instead. Anyway I ended up paying for 2 packages plus another $100.
