Enjoyed a Head Spa service from Dua. She caught my attn from social media and I was happy to get her at apprentice pricing. The products were all super intentional, she was whipping up thoughtful combinations and sequences of care for me. Cleansed, exfoliated, masked, and nurtured. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I showed them that I wanted my hair to be more blonde, but it did not turn out how I requested. They offered to fix it for free, but their solution was to add brown to cover the mistakes on my head. That is not what I paid for—I paid to be more blonde, not darker. I no longer feel comfortable letting them work on my hair, but they refuse to give me a refund. I believe a refund would be the fair solution since I did not receive the service or result I paid for. It was my first time here and I saw Olivia. She's so sweet and great at what she does. I came in with a balayage that was 7 months old from a different salon. I needed a nice refresh and she delivered! I wasn't too sure what I wanted at first but she listened and threw out some suggestions and I loved the results. I highly recommend checking out this salon. I plan on coming here again for my next hair color service.

Katie was my makeup artist and for me and my bridal party on wedding day and she was phenomenal! Exceeded expectations! She brought a calming prescence to the morning and chatted along with all the other ladies and made the morning go so smoothly! She was also highly accomodating for me taking in suggestions, going with the flow, and bringing me a hypoallergenic eyelash glue to ensure I didn't have any problems throughout the day. Could not recommend her and her team enough!
