It was my first time here and I saw Olivia. She's so sweet and great at what she does. I came in with a balayage that was 7 months old from a different salon. I needed a nice refresh and she delivered! I wasn't too sure what I wanted at first but she listened and threw out some suggestions and I loved the results. I highly recommend checking out this salon. I plan on coming here again for my next hair color service.
Katie was my makeup artist and for me and my bridal party on wedding day and she was phenomenal! Exceeded expectations! She brought a calming prescence to the morning and chatted along with all the other ladies and made the morning go so smoothly! She was also highly accomodating for me taking in suggestions, going with the flow, and bringing me a hypoallergenic eyelash glue to ensure I didn't have any problems throughout the day. Could not recommend her and her team enough!
Went on a Saturday at 11 am in the morning, left at 11 pm. I went in for a balayage, and I got exactly what I didn’t want. Orange hair, more black than blonde, they did offer me free money piece and said they could retone it but I don’t want to sit somewhere again for 12 hours just to come out looking terrible. I loved my hair and my new color everything was good with my hairstyle, she was amazing the only issue I had was the AK guy , he was very rude making comments about thick hair and saying he would have not done it if it was him, I would love to go back again but I just felt uncomfortable and I don’t recommend going there if you have thick hair , I paid 400+ and I could at least be polite around customers.
I had an amazing experience with AK! It was my first time there, and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. We had great conversations, and I felt heard when discussing what I wanted for my hair, as well as what I wanted to avoid. During my appointment, I received a hair treatment, all-over color, hair extensions, a cut, and styling, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
