Zero customer service experience. I booked my haircut appointment over the phone and received confirmation in the morning. However, when I arrived at the salon, they told me there was no booking under my name and simply said they didn’t know what happened. There was no apology, no effort to fix the issue, and no respect for my time. I ended up wasting my entire day. Very disappointed with how unprofessional and careless the staff were.
They were able to fit me in last minute which was appreciated. But I was charged 40$ for a cut (no wash, no style, no thinning, no product) and I had to come home and fix the missed pieces myself.
