I was initially impressed with the concept of this spa – it's a wonderfully creative idea. However, my experience during my daughter's visit for a birthday party revealed some concerning issues. Firstly, there was noticeable tension among their teenage staff. Some were openly critical of a new team member, going as far as to call her 'useless'. My daughter and her cousins had the time of their life!! My daughter was so excited and ready to be pampered. It was truly a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend!
